1. Mint and menthol
The biggest seller in Kenya, and the only profile carried by every range on the shelf. Menthol is the cold on its own, sharp and almost sinus-clearing. Mint is a leaf: spearmint sweeter, fresh mint grassier, Miami Mint between the two with a sweet edge.

Best format: the Ice King 30000, whose cooling control sets how cold Miami Mint gets. On a pod kit, Fresh Mint at KSh 700 is the cheapest dedicated menthol pod going.
2. Double apple shisha
The flavour with a Kenyan accent. Not apple the fruit: two apple varieties with the aniseed and molasses note that makes it taste like a coal-heated bowl. People love it immediately or find it soapy, with little middle ground.

Best format: a bottle. This is the strongest ghosting flavour we sell, so give it its own pod and never mix it.
3. Mango
The most widely stocked single fruit we sell, with the most variation inside it. Double Mango is dense and jammy, Cush Man is the ripe, slightly savoury Alphonso style, and Green Mango is tart and under-ripe, closer to raw mango with salt.

Best format: a bottle, specifically Nasty Juice, which built its reputation on Cush Man. Mango is an all-day flavour, so buy volume.
4. Watermelon ice
Sweet, watery and cold. It converts people who think fruit vapes taste artificial, because watermelon is subtle enough that the ice does most of the work. Tugboat sell the classic version as Lush Ice.

5. Blue razz
Not a real fruit and not pretending to be. Blue raspberry is a sweet-shop flavour: sharp, sherbety, slightly sour at the top. Blue Slush is the frozen version; Blue Razz Lemonade adds fizz.

6. Strawberry
The most versatile flavour in the catalogue. On its own, it reads sweet and syrupy, which is why almost every strawberry we stock is paired: kiwi for tartness, watermelon for water, cream for dessert.

7. Grape
Dark, sweet and unmistakable. Kenyan buyers generally want the purple soda style rather than a wine grape, and that is what most of these deliver. Green grape is crisper, closer to a fresh muscat.

8. Cola and energy drink
The soft drink shelf, and it sells better than people expect. Cola is sweet and slightly medicinal with a caramel back note. The energy profile is that sharp citrus tang, sold as Elf Bull and Red Energy because the real names cannot be used.

9. Tobacco
Not a big seller, but a loyal one: almost everyone who buys it buys it again. Nobody stocks plain, dry tobacco any more. What sells is the VCT family, vanilla, custard or caramel over tobacco, sweet rather than ashy.
