Vapesoko Shipping Guide
At Vapesoko, we are dedicated to delivering your vaping products quickly and reliably. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers. Please review the details below:
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 hour of placement during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–22:00), unless otherwise stated. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Ksh 1,500 within Nairobi and its environs. For orders below Ksh 1,500 or for expedited options, shipping fees will be clearly communicated before delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted courier services, including Wells Fargo, Mash Poa, Easy Coach, Modern Coast, and other reliable providers, to ensure timely delivery. The carrier selected may vary depending on your location and order requirements.
Delivery Times
- Nairobi and its environs: Standard delivery typically takes as little as 15–120 minutes (often 1–2 hours depending on traffic and location).
- Other regions in Kenya: Delivery may take 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order has shipped. Use this to monitor your package’s progress in real time.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Kenya. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us at vapesoko@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure every order arrives safely, Vapesoko is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work diligently with you and the carrier to resolve issues promptly. Please report any problems within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns (see our Return Policy), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Vapesoko.
Regulatory Compliance Note
All products and services comply with current Kenyan laws, including the Tobacco Control Act and Ministry of Health directives on nicotine products. Availability and delivery are subject to regulatory requirements. Vapesoko reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders in line with any legal restrictions.
