All orders placed on Vapesoko are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity or illegal use. By using this website, you confirm that you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Our products are intended for adults 18 years and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request age verification. Products are not suitable for minors, pregnant women, or individuals with certain medical conditions.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell products without prior permission.
  • Attempt to harm the website or its systems.
  • Facilitate underage purchases.

Violations may result in account suspension, cancellation of orders, or legal action.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated before delivery.
  • Payment methods: M-Pesa or Cash on Delivery.

Refunds are processed through a mutually agreed method with the customer and will be issued within 2 days of approval or as soon as possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Nairobi: 1–2 hours (same-day delivery)
  • Other parts of Kenya: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

Customer Responsibility: You must provide accurate delivery details. Vapesoko is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Faulty Products:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and will be inspected.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued within 2 days of approval via the agreed method with the customer.

Non-Faulty Products:

  • Returns are not accepted if the packaging seal is broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us.
  • Cancellations after dispatch are not allowed; faulty items may be returned as per our Returns Policy.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Vapesoko is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products.
  • Vaping carries health risks; users assume responsibility for use.
  • Our liability for website or product issues is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • Product information (images, flavour descriptions, nicotine strength) may vary due to supplier updates.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect personal information including name, contact details, and location/address data to process orders, communicate with you, and improve services.

  • Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties, except for service delivery (e.g., couriers) or legal compliance.
