XROS pods at 0.6 ohm and above share compatibility across the XROS generations. The 0.4 ohm pod requires a supported higher-output model such as the XROS 5. Physical fit alone does not establish supported operation on an older device.

The pod and the five resistances
XROS cartridges contain an integrated coil. The stocked replacement listing is for 3ml pods; check the selected resistance and generation for your exact device. Pods are listed under Replacement Pods.
Five current listed resistances are 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2Ω. A compatible legacy 0.7Ω pod makes six across generations; the current COREX 3.0 list and the all-generation total are different counts. The coil is inside the pod, so there is no separate coil to buy, and nothing on Replacement Coils fits this device.
Power runs to thirty watts across three preset levels. Fitting the 0.4 ohm pod unlocks stepped adjustment, which is the one place the device offers finer control than the presets.
Airflow, and the strength that goes with each setting
Use the rear airflow control to adjust the draw with your fitted pod. Keep the pod within its supported operating range.
Choose a liquid ratio, nicotine concentration and power supported by the exact XROS pod and device guidance. Options include ELFBAR ELFLIQ 10ml and BAR Salts; check each bottle’s labelled strength rather than inferring suitability from airflow position.
Airflow, pod choice, power and puffing pattern affect the experience together. A more open setting or a 0.4Ω pod does not establish one nicotine concentration for every user. Follow the liquid and device guidance and do not judge delivery by perceived smoothness alone.
Charging
VAPORESSO quotes charging to eighty per cent in twenty minutes with the listed three-amp USB Type-C charging specification. This is a manufacturer benchmark; follow the device’s charging instructions. Actual runtime depends on use, so a short top-up does not guarantee a full day.

Pod life
The coil is sealed inside the XROS pod, so replace the complete pod when required. Pod life depends on liquid, power, puffing pattern and maintenance; a plain-fruit or menthol flavour name does not establish the ingredient content or a measured lifespan.
