The Drag S2 runs the PnP X platform, and the useful thing about that platform is that it comes in two flavours. A DTL cartridge and an MTL cartridge, both five millilitres, both fitting the same device, and choosing between them changes what the S2 is for more than any wattage setting does.

Two cartridges, one device
The DTL cartridge opens the draw out and suits low-resistance coils at higher wattage. The MTL cartridge tightens it, and with the same coil, it gives a noticeably more restricted pull. They look similar in a listing and behave differently in the hand, so the version matters as much as the part number.
Both are on Replacement Pods. On this platform, the coil is a separate item that presses into the cartridge, which is on Replacement Coils under PnP X. Ordering one without the other leaves you short in whichever direction you got wrong.
PnP X does not accept an original PnP coil, and an original PnP pod does not accept a PnP X one. Check the marking rather than the device name — VOOPOO has used both platforms across the same product family.
What to fill each version with
On the DTL cartridge with a sub-ohm coil, this is a freebase device. Three milligrams at 70/30 is the match: Nasty Juice, Ultimate Juice 120ml, or a mixed Doozy E-Liquids 100ml shortfill all sit in that format.
Switch to the MTL cartridge and the arithmetic reverses. A narrower draw at lower power calls for a 50/50 salt somewhere around twenty milligrams — the concentration ELFBAR ELFLIQ 10ml and BAR Salts are filled at.
What you should not do is carry a bottle across between the two. A high-strength salt through a sub-ohm coil delivers a multiple of what it was formulated for, and a thick 70/30 bottle cannot feed a narrow MTL cartridge fast enough to avoid scorching it.
Power and the chipset
Five to sixty watts, on the GENE.TT 2.0 chipset, with Smart, RBA and ECO modes. Smart reads the coil and sets the wattage; RBA hands it back to you; ECO trims output to stretch the charge.
The cell is internal at 2500mAh, so batteries are not a shelf this device needs. A 0.96-inch colour screen reports what the device is doing.
Keeping it running
Cartridges are consumables rather than accessories, and so are coils. How long either lasts depends far more on the liquid than on the device — sweetened and dessert-leaning bottles coat a coil faster than plain fruits or menthols.
The practical habit is to order a cartridge and a couple of coils alongside the liquid rather than separately. A device with no working coil is not a device, and the part is small enough that keeping a spare costs you nothing but the ordering.

Do not move a bottle between the DTL and MTL cartridges. Change the liquid when you change the cartridge.
