Flavour profile
Three parts: baked apple, pastry and custard. Ultimate describe a warm and rich blend of custard and apple strudel, bursting with creamy custard and sweet, spiced apple strudel, and list the notes as apple, custard and pastry.
Spiced is the word to hold on to, because the sources then disagree about which spice. Two sellers, carrying the same distributor line, finish it with a sprinkle of cinnamon. A third describes a buttery crust and names no spice at all. Ultimate say spiced and never say cinnamon. So cinnamon is asserted by one piece of copy appearing twice, implied by the maker and absent from a third account.
They also disagree on the apple itself: caramelised in one telling, warm and freshly baked in another. And on the custard: retailers consistently say vanilla custard; the maker says only creamy custard. The structure is not in dispute; the detail is.

There is no Apple Strudel on the Vapesoko salt shelf. Ultimate does make a 20mg salt version of this flavour in Britain, in 10ml, and it is not stocked here. The nearest stocked dessert salt is Raspberry Jam Ultimate Salts Custard 30ml, which is the same sub-range and a different fruit.
Practical notes
Custards and bakery liquids are the hardest on coils of anything in this range, harder than the fruits and roughly level with the cookie. Keep it in its own tank rather than alternating it with a fruit bottle, because pastry does not clear out of a coil quickly and the fruit will taste of it afterwards.
No menthol, koolada or cooling agent is listed, which is unsurprising for a warm bakery flavour.
Where it sits in the Ultimate range
Custard is one of three dessert sub-ranges on the Puff shelf, and this is its second flavour here alongside Whipped Vanilla Ultimate Puff Custard 120ml. Whipped Vanilla is the plain cream; this is the same base with fruit and pastry in front of it.
The other two desserts are Chocolate Orange Ultimate Puff Cookies 120ml, which is the richest bottle on the shelf, and the Shakes flavours, which are the lightest. This sits between them, and is the only baked fruit anywhere in the line.
